This was our most successful Charity Fly-In we have ever held !

Jeff Troy Memorial Fun Fly, June 8, 2024
In honor of our friend and club member.
On June 8th, 2024 we had a club-wide FUN FLY. It was a beautiful day, but the wind was about 13 mph right down the runway.
Needless to say, there were some amazing wrecks that took place !
Burgers and dogs, music and great contests of skill filled the day.
Everyone had an AMAZING time and fun flying.
We think Jeff would have been proud !
Lots of pilots and planes of all kinds showed
up for the event.
Nason and Jeff flew their F-16 Thunderbirds, it's tough to see, but what a day !
Lisa and Devin Troy enjoyed shooting down a plane with paintball guns ! This turned out to be a popular event.
Sometimes you're the bug, and sometimes you're the windshield. Jeff's plane was the bug today, by hitting an upright for the Limbo competition.
Our big competition winners for the day ! We all had fun and great time to spend with friends.
